The Voyager 1 entered interstellar space

The Voyager 1 spacecraft is on the edge of our solar system according to a NASA statement, becoming the first man-made object to venture into interstellar space.

Voyager 1 was launched in 1977 and, after 36 years traveling through space with the aim of studying other planets outside the Solar System, is 19 billion miles from Earth, at a transitional space immediately outside Solar bubble, which still show some effects of the sun.

"Now that we have new key information we believe this is a historic leap in interstellar space," said Ed Stone, a Voyager project scientist at the Institute of Technology based in Pasadena California.

Already in 2004 had detected an increase in the pressure of interstellar space in the heliosphere, the bubble of ionized particles surrounding the sun and beyond the outer planets of the solar wind. From there, scientists intensified the search for evidence of the arrival of the ship to the area interstellar, knowing that the interpretation of these data could take months or years.

The first pills...

The first birth control pills came into use in the 1950s, following the discovery that was made on the influence that certain hormones have on the menstrual cycle. After a period of testing, in 1961 the first oral contraceptive marketed in history, based on the action of estrogen and progesterone, as the primary mechanism to prevent ovulation, change the uterine lining and cervical mucus. Since then, the combinations of hormones as well as graduation, have been modified for high effectiveness, no side effects of direct impact on the health of women undergoing treatment.

Artificial heart...

The artificial heart seeks to replace the human heart whose capacity is diminished to become insufficient due to congenital malformations or diseases such as arterial blockages, infections or strokes. The first attempts to build a machine to carry out its functions were made in the 1940s. External machine was not only the patient's blood pumping but also allow oxygenated during heart operations. In 1952, Harper University Hospital of Michigan, USA was used for the first successful heart-lung machine Dodrill-GMR and in 1957, Dr. Willem Johan Kolff implanted a self-designed artificial heart in a dog that survived for ninety minutes.

THE BLUE DEATH... ♥

The skay is in my eyes, I don´t have a body
Is the moment of death the truth of absence?
Is the moment of life the fire of purity?
Is the moment of light!
Is the moment of flight!
Where is the worry?
The plenitude absorbed my mind
The sea is like silk
The wind is slipknots
The space is my country
The kisses of time disappeared; carried me
To essence, to the cell, to the knowledge
No more pain; no longer the need to worry
No more memory
Only my blue heart!
Just blue envelopes me in it´s cloak!
